Dr. Mona founded ERGOCURE® in 2013 and has spent more than two decades in ergonomic consultation, corporate training, rehabilitation and occupational preventive health — across IT/ITES, manufacturing, financial services, hospitality and education. The Ergocure platform encodes the clinical method she has refined in the field.
As a clinical ergonomics consultant she has advised teams at leading global financial-services, technology and manufacturing organisations — including TATA Power and Bluestar — delivering onsite assessments, workshops and rehabilitation programmes.
