Privacy Policy

Contact information — when you submit a form (Free Desk Check, Build Your Proposal, or Contact), we collect your first name, email address, and optionally your company name. This is used to send you the report or proposal you requested and to follow up about the Ergocure India programme.

Calculator inputs — height, desk setup, and discomfort ratings entered into the Free Desk Check or Build Your Proposal tools. These are processed on our servers to generate your personalised report and are not stored once the report is sent.

Basic usage data — standard web server logs (browser type, approximate access time) used to keep the site secure and operational. With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising cookies — see Cookies and tracking below.

We use cookies and similar technologies in two categories.

Essential cookies keep the site running — security, core functionality, and remembering your cookie choice. These are always on and don't require consent.

Analytics and advertising cookies run only with your consent. On your first visit, a banner lets you Accept all or Reject non-essential — nothing in this category runs until you accept. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via Cookie settings in the footer. With your consent we use:

• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — measures site traffic and how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. We run it in Google Consent Mode: before you accept, it operates in a restricted mode that sets no analytics cookies; analytics cookies are set only after you accept.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland / Microsoft) — measures the performance of our LinkedIn advertising and builds audiences for it. It loads only after you accept.

When enabled, these providers may receive your IP address, browser and device information, and the pages you view, governed by their own policies (Google, LinkedIn). As global providers, they may process this data outside India. Cookie lifetimes are set by Google and LinkedIn per their policies; your consent choice is stored on your device and we re-ask periodically.

Your contact details are received by the Ergocure India team (Dr. Mona Pankaj, contactus@ergocure.in). We use Resend to deliver transactional emails — they receive your email address for delivery only and are contractually bound to confidentiality. With your consent, Google and LinkedIn also receive limited usage data through our analytics and advertising cookies (see Cookies and tracking). We do not sell your personal data.

Calculator inputs are not retained after your report is sent. Contact details are kept until you ask us to remove them, or until we determine they are no longer needed for follow-up — whichever comes first.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Write to contactus@ergocure.in and we will respond promptly.
