These Terms of Use govern your access to the Ergocure India website, including the Free Desk Check, Build Your Proposal configurator, and contact forms. By using this website you agree to these terms. Use of the Ergocure India assessment platform is governed by a separate agreement with your employer or Ergocure India directly.
1. What this website is
This website provides information about Ergocure India's workplace ergonomics programme and two free self-service tools: the Free Desk Check (a workstation screening estimate) and the Build Your Proposal configurator (an illustrative programme proposal based on your inputs). Both tools are informational and do not constitute a professional ergonomic assessment or medical advice.
2. Not a clinical or medical service
The outputs of the Free Desk Check and Build Your Proposal tools are automated estimates based on ergonomic guidelines. They are not reviewed by an ergonomist and are not a substitute for a professional assessment. If you have a musculoskeletal concern or a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, seek immediate medical attention.
3. Acceptable use
Please use this website fairly. You agree not to:
- use it unlawfully or to mislead others;
- attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to its systems; or
- scrape or extract its content at scale.
4. Intellectual property
The content on this website — including text, scoring methodology, branding, and design — belongs to Ergocure India or its licensors. You may share or reproduce short excerpts for non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not reproduce the site or its tools as your own.
5. Privacy
Our handling of personal data collected on this website is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. No warranties
This website and its tools are provided as-is. Ergocure India makes no warranty that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Desk-check outputs are estimates; your comfort and a proper in-person assessment are the real tests.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ergocure India is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on its outputs. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms and will revise the date above when we do. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
